    Abordamos críticamente en este artículo el modo en el que el pensador norteamericano Michael Hardt, siguiendo los planteamientos del último Foucault, ha planteado el programa de una nueva militancia teórica a la altura de los tiempos biopolíticos. Asimismo, desde esta premisa, realizamos una comparación crítica con la lógica hegemónica del intelectual orgánico planteada por Antonio Gramsci en el siglo pasado y revisada en las últimas décadas por Ernesto Laclau y Chantal Mouffe.

    In the present paper, we address from a critical perspective the way in which the American thinker Michael Hardt, following the approaches of the late Foucault, has proposed the agenda of a new theoretical militancy suitable for the present biopolitical times. In addition we make a critical comparison with the hegemonic logic of the organic intellectual as proposed by Antonio Gramsci in the first half of the 20th century and revised in recent decades by Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe.
