    La distinción elaborada por la Jurisprudencia entre titularidad del derecho a la inviolabilidad domiciliaria y titularidad para autorizar la entrada y registro, ha llevado a precisar el término «interesado» a que se refieren los arts 550 y 569 LECrim y a exigir como requisito para la regularidad de la diligencia, que entre los distintos comoradores no existan intereses contrapuestos por la directa relación que tienen con el derecho a la presunción de inocencia del afectado.

    The distinction drawn up by the case-law between the ownership of the right to inviolability of the home and the ownership to authorise the entry and search, it has led to clarify the term «interested» referred to in Arts. 550 and 569 LECrim. and to demand as a requirement for regularity of the Due Diligence, that among the different co-owners there are no competing interests by the direct relationship they have with the right to the presumption of innocence of the person concerned.
