    El incremento de las presiones a las que son sometidos nuestros mares y océanos ha llegado a tal extremo que requiere una reformulación de las medidas de protección establecidas en nuestro marco regulador. Ante un aumento exponencial de las actividades antrópicas es necesario abordar una planificación y ordenación marítima con la finalidad de garantizar la sostenibilidad del medio marino y, a la vez, establecer un marco donde se puedan realizar actividades humanas de forma que no se ponga en peligro a la biodiversidad marina, sus hábitats y en general los ecosistemas. El ruido generado por las presiones antrópicas interfiere de forma notable en el equilibrio de los ecosistemas marinos, ante ello, se pretende analizar el marco regulador establecido y las medidas o instrumentos que pueden suponer un revulsivo en el planteamiento que venía imperando por los diferentes Estados, con el objetivo de preservar, proteger y recuperar el medio ambiente marino que pueda verse afectado por el ruido o contaminación acústica

    The increase of the pressures on the oceans and the seas requires a reformulation of the protective measures of our regulatory framework. The exponential growth of anthropogenic activities makes necessary to tackle a maritime planning that guarantees the sustainability of the marine environment as well as a setting that allows the performance of human activities without putting at risk not only the marine biological diversity but also the ecosystem in general. As the noise caused by anthropogenic activities interferes in the balance of the marine ecosystems, the paper analyses the regulatory framework and the measures with the aim to preserve, protect and recover the marine environment that might be affected by the noise pollution
