    La aparición de las Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) y la gran cantidad de flujos de información han dado lugar a un nuevo paradigma social marcado por el uso de las Redes Sociales (RRSS) en todos los ámbitos, incluyendo el de la salud, un hecho que ha permitido eliminar las barreras espacio-temporales. Es por ello que, gracias al acceso globalizado de Internet, aumentar el valor de cualquier servicio es posible, en nuestro caso, la intervención social comunitaria a través de la figura del trabajador social 3.0. De esta manera, la identidad digital, la ética del trabajador social y el impacto de las redes sociales en la salud se convierten en un nuevo reto para el trabajo social. Debido a ello, analizaremos la importancia del trabajador social 3.0 a través de la intervención práctica sobre una enfermedad rara, la enfermedad de von Hippel-Lindau (VHL).

    The emergence of the New Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the large number of information flows have given rise to a new social paradigm marked by the use of Social Networks in all areas, including health; a fact that has allowed to delete the spacetime barriers. That is why thanks to the globalized access of the Internet, increasing the value of any service is possible, in our case, community social intervention through the figure of the 3.0 Social Worker. In this way, the digital identity, the ethics of the Social Worker and the impact of social networks on health becomes a new challenge for Social Work. Because of that, we will analyze the importance of 3.0 Social Worker through the practical intervention on a rare disease, von Hippel-Lindau disease (VHL).
