Resumen de La gestión ambiental: incidencia en el comercio

  En Cuba se han alcanzado avances significativos en la política ambiental y dentro de esta la gestión ambiental, ejecutada por los servidores públicos dentro del entramado de la Administración Pública y los órganos con competencia para ello. Esto ha permitido articular las estrategias de conservación y aprovechamiento sustentable de los recursos naturales y del ambiente en general como principal paradigma. Estos avances han sido inclusivos al desarrollo normativo desde el texto constitucional hasta las materias civil, administrativa, tributaria del bien jurídico ambiente para su protección, fundamentado desde la doctrina constitucional, donde se establecen los derechos ambientales para el ciudadano, la participación ciudadana mediante el ejercicio del poder popular, que permita alcanzar el principio del desarrollo sostenible. Se ejecuta un análisis en lo referente a los instrumentos de mercado y comercio, vinculados al control público. Por tales razones, el objetivo del artículo es analizar la política y la gestión ambiental en Cuba, se parte de la lectura de la doctrina de la Unión Europea, de todo el iter histórico de esta gestión en la nación, y de los instrumentos legales que la establecen

  The environmental step, debtor whose property is attached for the public servants within the framework of the Public Administration and organs have attained significant advances in the environmental policy within this and themselves with competition for it in Cuban. This has enabled articular the strategies of conservation and sustainable use of the natural resources of the environment and in general.
