Los años que observamos peligrosamente: archivos universitarios y webs punto cero.

    Se resume la trayectoria, actividades y resultados obtenidos por el Grupo de Trabajo de Difusión de los Archivos a través de la web 2.0/3.0 coordinado por el Archivo de la Universidad CEU-San Pablo y formado por los archivos de las universidades de Alcalá, Castilla-La Mancha, Francisco de Vitoria, Murcia y Pontificia Comillas. Este grupo de trabajo fue creado en las XVI Jornadas de la Conferencia de Archiveros de Universidades (CAU/COSEG/CRUE) celebradas en la Universidad de Alicante en el año 2009. El grupo de trabajo ha permanecido activo durante seis años hasta las XXI Jornadas de la CAU (Universidad de Zaragoza, 2015). Su principal objetivo ha sido analizar la situación de los archivos universitarios en relación con el desarrollo de las redes sociales y el fenómeno conocido como web 2.0. Con este fin, en las Jornadas de la CAU (Universidad de Castilla‐La Mancha, 2010) presentó un informe sobre el uso y aplicación de las diferentes herramientas 2.0 en el ámbito archivístico. Ese mismo año el grupo de trabajo decidió transformarse en observatorio de las posibles iniciativas, proyectos y evolución de la Red Social con especial orientación al ámbito universitario. Para ello, realizó dos encuestas entre los archivos universitarios españoles en los años 2013 y 2015. Se presentan los resultados de estas encuestas que han permitido obtener información puntual y trazar la evolución de los archivos universitarios en el contexto de la web social y la web semántica, más conocidas como la web 2.0 y 3.0.

    We summarize the birth, activities and results achieved by the “Grupo de Trabajo de Difusión de los Archivos a través de la web 2.0/3.0”, coordinated by the Archive of the CEU San Pablo University Foundation, and composed by the Archives of the Universities of Alcalá, Castilla-La Mancha, Francisco de Vitoria, Murcia y Pontificia Comillas. This working group was created in the XVIth Symposium of the Conference of Spanish University Archivists (CAU / COSEG / CRUE) held at the University of Alicante in 2009, and it has been active for six years, until the XXIst CAU’s Conference held at the University of Zaragoza in 2015. The main objective of the GT has been the study and tracing of the relation between the university archives and the different types and tools related to development of the Web 2.0, and Web 3.0, in special the Social Networks, and for making it possible, each year the group has shared its conclusions and working papers with the rest of members of the CAU, becoming Observatory during the Conferences held in the Castilla-La Mancha University in 2010, to facilitate its work of analysis and monitoring of this interaction. For obtaining a more accurate view of this, the Observatory has implemented two surveys (one in 2013, and the other in 2015), and the comparison of the results is explained here. Basically we see an increasing implication of our archives in the most new Web, the Semantic one, and a shy approach to social networks.
