    Esta investigación intenta analizar desde diversos enfoques la gestión tecnológica realizada en los Institutos Universitarios de Tecnología (IUTs), como elemento medular de su concepción, ya que ante la incertidumbre del nuevo milenio se hace necesario establecer estrategias educativas que garanticen al recurso humano su segura incursión al mercado laboral. Esta ansiada realidad solo es posible si las instituciones de educación superior abordan con sentido crítico el análisis de su currícula a fin de realizar los ajustes que le permitan formar individuos para la sociedad y para el trabajo. Que reencuentren su pertinencia perdida dejando a un lado dogmas y filosofías que se sustentan en teorías no epistemicas. Lo IUTs por su esencia están llamados a retomar, analizar e internalizar la concepción de educación tecnológica, la cual deberá fundamentarse en una sólida base de conocimientos científicos relativos al dominio de tecnología específicas donde la asimilación y la innovación tecnológica se constituyen en la forma más práctica e idónea de abordar el tan ansiado despegue tecnológico de nuestro país.

    This investigation it tries to analyze from diverse points of view the technologic management made on the universitary institutes of technology and the under taint of the new millennium. It’s necessary to set up education strategies that guarantee to the human resource its safe incursion to the labor marnet. This is only possible if the institutes of superior education understames with critic sense, the analysis of its resume in order to obtain the adjustments that permit to form persons for the society and for the work and to recorver its loss relevant, leaving by side dogmas and philosophies that it sustain in theories no epistemic. The IUT’s for its essence are called to take up and analyze and to internalize the technologic education conception, which must be establish in a solid base or scientific knowledge relatives to the domain of specific technologies where the assimilation and the technologies innovation it constitute in a practical way and apt to board than eargerned technologic take off of our country.
