Teatru n’asturianu en Xixón (2011-2013)

    This paper, which is part of a larger study, aims to provide a brief semiotic analysis of the theatrical performances in the Asturian language held in the municipality of Xixón (Asturies) between the years 2011 and 2013, following the methodology of theatrical semiotics proposed by Professor José Nicolás Romera Castillo. The aforementioned study constitutes, in this sense, the first work that is done in relation to this subject following criteria of systematic and rigorous analysis in line with that methodology. The paper is divided into six sections and includes, if not all, most of the theatrical performances staged in Asturian in Xixón during the aforesaid period. For this purpose, the first section includes some technical notes and a very general and necessarily brief review of the Asturian theatre scene taking into account the history of theatre in Asturies, the number of performances, companies and festivals, box-office figures and some other data. The second part of the paper lists the bibliographical and newspaper sources consulted for the writing of the paper and the graphics used. The third section includes a small summary table for each of the works performed between 2011 and 2013, offering a brief synopsis of the plot and some information on the author, the director, the participating actors and actresses, the place where the performance was staged, the genre, etc., as well as the price of tickets.

    All these elements will be summarized in a table in the fourth section. The fifth part of the paper contains a succinct analysis, considering the aspects dealt with in the previous sections, with the aim of presenting the information offered by the performances in Asturian during the mentioned period with regard to the specific theatrical genre, the type of work, etc., always making use of some explanatory graphics. The paper closes with some final remarks and the corresponding bibliography

    Ye oxetivu del presente trabayu, parte xebrada d’un estudiu más ampliu, presentar un breve estudiu de calter semióticu sobre’l teatru representáu en llingua asturiana na villa de Xixón ente los años 2011-2013, siguiendo la metodoloxía de la semiótica teatral propuesta pol profesor José Nicolás Romera Castillo; l’estudiu mencionáu constitúi nesti sen el primer trabayu que se fai al respeutive d’esta materia acordies con criterios d’análisis sistemáticos y rigurosos de la citada metodoloxía.

    L’artículu estáyase en seis epígrafes, presentándose nél sinón toes sí les más de representaciones teatrales feches n’asturianu en Xixón nel periodu de tiempu citáu arriba. Nesti sen, llueu d’un primer epígrafe con unes anotaciones previes de calter técnicu y una güeyada mui xeneral y necesariamente curtia del panorama teatral asturianu atendiendo a la historia del teatru n’Asturies, al númberu de representaciones, de compañíes y de festivales, a les recaudaciones y dellos otros datos, rellaciónense en segundu llugar les fontes bibliográfiques y hemerográfiques consultaes pa la ellaboración del testu y los gráficos emplegaos. Nel epígrafe 3 del trabayu ponse l’enfotu na redaición d’una pequeña ficha-resume de caúna de les obres representaes a lo llargo del periodu temporal estudiáu onde se presenta una curtia sinopsis del argumentu de la obra y delles notes sobro l’autor, el director, los actores y les actrices que participen, el llugar de representación, el xéneru…, asina como’l preciu de les entraes. Toos estos datos resumiránse per aciu d’una tabla nel epígrafe 4. Polo que se refier al quintu epígrafe del testu, íguase un pequeñu estudiu a partir de les informaciones presentaes nes anteriores estayes col envís de dar a conocer los datos qu’ufierten les representaciones n’asturianu nesti periodu referentes al xéneru teatral concretu, el tipu d’obra, etc. siempres con encontu de gráficos esplicativos. Ponse puntu al testu con unes conclusiones finales y la bibliografía.
