    Las reformas legislativas que ha promovido la actual administración pública federal del poder ejecutivo, dando por consecuencia importantes reformas constitucionales que deben a su vez, trascender modificando la conducta y participación cotidiana de la sociedad mexicana. Entre otras, se encuentra la reforma en telecomunicaciones, que por consecuencia a su vez, se promulgó el decreto que publica la Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusión, que entre otros, regula la banda ancha para el acceso a internet y la creación de puntos de acceso libre a internet en plazas públicas, hospitales y escuelas en el país, también tratan de crear mayor competencia al crear otros dos canales de televisión públicos, de cobertura nacional
