Resumen de La contrattazione commerciale marittima nel porto di Ancona alla fine del medioevo: 1391-1518
This study has, for objective, the analysis of commercial sea in the port of Ancona, through the study of commercial contracts, in particular of commercial contract called commenda and rental. This type of contract develops in XIV century and it’s typical, even if in different ways, of costal city equipped with port. After an earlier analysis of the legal role of the commenda with a summary of the studies about it (occurred between 1930’s and 1970’s), then we reached the analysis of the notarial documents of Ancona, focusing the study in the period between 1391 and 1518.
