  • Comparative Criminal Procedure1 is a collection of essays that analyze mechanisms of criminal procedure across jurisdictions and over time. The book contains an introduction by the editors, fourteen essays addressing aspects of criminal procedure within or across countries, and an epilogue by Máximo Langer that responds to these essays and analyzes the field of comparative criminal procedure more broadly.
