    La violencia sobre los menores en el ámbito familiar, ha experimentado un aumento tanto cuantitativo como cualitativo (nuevas formas de manifestarse). EL legislador ha llevado a cabo una importante labor para tratar de otorgarles protección, si bien, se ha realizado de una forma tardía y no llega a integrarse adecuadamente con otras medidas de carácter social, las cuales son fundamentales para la prevención de la violencia y resguardo del menor.El presente estudio tiene como objetivo, realizar una aproximación al concepto de la violencia sobre los menores en el ámbito familiar desde una perspectiva sociolegal, con el propósito de esclarecer y visibilizar su alcance, tipología y factores de riesgo o desprotección, temática que la actualidad política de nuestro país se ha encargado de sacar a la palestra. Asimismo, realizaremos una revisión del impacto que han supuesto la Ley 26/2015, de 28 de julio, de modificación del sistema de protección a la infancia y a la adolescencia, y la Ley 4/2015, de 27 de abril, del Estatuto de la víctima del delito, en relación con los menores que se encuentran en entornos violentos y las previsiones legislativas más inminentes. Desde el ámbito jurídico, la infancia maltratada es víctima de reiteradas violaciones de sus derechos y en consecuencia, necesitan recibir por parte del Estado una atención especial para protegerlos.

    Violence against children in the family has increased both quantitatively and qualitatively (new forms of manifestation). The legislator has carried out an important task to try to grant protection to minors on this type of violence, although it has been carried out in a delayed manner and has not been adequately integrated with other measures of a social nature, which are fundamental for the prevention of violence and the protection of minors.The objective of this study is to approach the concept of violence on minors in the family from a sociolegal perspective, in order to clarify and make visible its scope, typology and risk factors or lack of protection, a topic that political current affairs of our country has been commissioned to bring to the fore. We will also review the impact of Law 26/2015, of July 28, on the modification of the protection system for children and adolescents, and Law 4/2015, of April 27, on the Statute of the victim of crime, in relation to minors who are in violent environments and the most imminent legislative provisions. From the legal point of view, battered children are victims of repeated violations of their rights and consequently, they need to receive special attention from the State to protect them.
