    En atención a las concretas circunstancias probadas en el juicio, se entiende que la relación que mantenían el Director Gerente y el Rayo Vallecano es de naturaleza laboral y, por ende, la obligación del Club de cotizar, por el empleado, en el régimen general de la Seguridad Social (Sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid, 14 de febrero de 2018).
