  • Lawton interviews neurophilosopher Patricia Churchland about the commonality of the ideas of revelations in neuroscience and the discoveries that the Earth goes around the sun and the heart is a pump. Churchland explains why it's so difficult for people to see the reality of what they actually are. Then, she reveals what led her to conclude that there's resistance to brain science out there and why she says that some philosophers are resistant to brain science, too.
