El sacramento de la reconciliación como sacramento de sanación

    La Iglesia siempre ha afirmado y creído que Jesucristo perdona nuestros pecados por medio del Sacramento de la Reconciliación. La Iglesia obedece al mandato del Señor a los discípulos “Recibid el Espíritu Santo: a quienes perdonéis los pecados, les queden perdonados, y a quienes se los retengáis les quedarán retenidos" (Jn 20,22-23), perdonando o reteniendo por medio de la reconciliación sacramental. Sabemos que la Salvación y/o la Redención de Jesucristo tiene como fin librarnos, sacarnos del “pecado”, del mal original que nos hace centrarnos en nosotros mismos. El egoísmo y la soberbia, raíz de todos los males. Este mal se manifiesta con muchos rostros y en muchos niveles de nuestro ser. Cuando la gracia del perdón toca al pecador arrepentido, todo el ser queda afectado por la presencia nueva de Dios, que libera y desata las ataduras del pecado. La Iglesia desde sus orígenes ha expresado de muchas maneras el valor del perdón, reconciliación, mediante el sacramento. De este encuentro personal del hombre arrepentido con Cristo surge la vida, la gracia del perdón, que libera y sana al hombre. Presentamos, en este artículo, un breve esbozo del sacramento de reconciliación entendido como sanación.

    The Church has always affirmed and believed that Jesus forgives our sins through the Sacrament of Reconciliation. The Church obeys the mandate of the Lord to the disciples, "Receive the Holy Spirit to forgive the sins, they remain them forgiven, and who sins you retain will be retained them" (Jn 20,22-23), forgiving or retaining through sacramental reconciliation. We know that salvation and / or redemption of Jesus Christ is designed to deliver, get us out of "sin", the original evil that makes us focus on ourselves. Selfishness and pride, the root of all evil. This evil is manifested with many faces and many levels of our being. When the grace of forgiveness touches the repentant sinner, the whole being is affected by the new presence of God who frees and loosens the bonds of sin. The Church from its origins has expressed in many ways the value of forgiveness, reconciliation through the sacrament. In this personal encounter of man he repented Christ life, the grace of forgiveness, which frees and heals the man arises. We present in this article, a brief outline the sacrament of reconciliation understood as healing.
