Resumen de Fibrolisis diacutánea:: Tratamiento de un caso

  Este artículo incluye una breve exposición teórica de la técnica de fibrolisis diacutánea y un caso clínico tratado con esta técnica.

  El caso clínico corresponde a una paciente con fractura trimaleolar de tobillo izquierdo, que tras la inmovilización presenta un déficit funcional de la articulación así conío diversos trastornos tróficos secundarios a una distrofia refleja.

  Se realizó tratamiento durante siete semanas que incluía electroterapia, crioterapia, masoterapia, cinesiterapia y fibrolisis diacutánea.

  Al finalizar el tratamiento la capacidad funcional es similar a la del miembro contralateral, el dolor y los trastornos tráficos han desaparecido.

  In this article it's been made in the frrst place a little theoretic exposition of the diacutaneous fibrolysis and then it has been exposed a clinic case which have been treated with the help of this technique.

  The dinic case is a patient who had a threemaleolar fracture of the left ankle. Alter the immobilization of the articulation, the patient suffers a functional deficit as well as trophic disturbances consequence of a dystrophy.

  lt has been made a treatment during seven weeks. This treatment includes electrotherapy, criotherapy, masotherapy, cinesitherapy and diacutaneous fibrolysis.

  At the end of the treatment the functional capacity was similar in both inferior members ant the pain and the trophic disturbs were disappeared.
