    El artículo pretende acercarse al debate mantenido por Judith Butler y Slavoj Žižek sobre la identidad femenina a partir de sus respectivos planteamientos sobre la subjetividad. Ambos autores coinciden en señalar la negatividad e incompletud del sujeto, aunque difieren a la hora de explicar cómo se constituye y cómo puede ejercer la autonomía. Sus respectivos planteamientos reflejan dos maneras de entender la diferencia sexual.

    This paper aims to present the discussion between Judith Butler and Slavoj Žižek about feminine identity taking their respective approaches to subjectivity into consideration. Both authors agree on the negativity and incompleteness of the subject, although they disagree over the way it is constituted and the way it can be autonomous. Their respective approaches reflect two understandings of sexual difference.
