  El objetivo del presente artículo radica en señalar la importancia que reviste el ejercicio de la voluntad de las partes en la solución de sus controversias a través del arbitraje. Asimismo, procura destacar las distintas vertientes por las que se analizan los controles que los tribunales nacionales pueden efectuar sobre el laudo arbitral.

  The objective of this article is to point out the importance of the exercise of the will of the parties in the settlement of their disputes through arbitration. It also seeks to highlight the different aspects by which analyze the controls that the national courts can make on the arbitration award.
