    El grafiti se ha convertido en una manera mediante la cual se expresan una multitud de jóvenes que han sido marginados por la sociedad. Este nuevo código comunicativo tiene sus propias caracteristicas, estilo y connotación. Se trata de la conquista simbólica del espacio urbano. Las autoridades y las sociedades deben estar atentas a estas manifestaciones que son síntomas de los complejos problemas que afectan a la juventud, para poder adoptar una actitud adecuada y no simplemente despreciativa y punitiva.

    The grafiti has become a way through many marginal young people expresses their identities. This new communicative code has its own features, style and connotation. It is a matter of the symbolic conquest of the urban space. Both authorities and society must be aware of these manifestations which are symptoms of the complex problems that affect the youth, in order to be able to adopt a right attitude and not only a scorn or punishment one.
