Formação de organização popular, e os desafios da prática

    The text intends to describe the experience of a group of women of Matinhos, a coast town of Paraná, in what relates to constitute a popular organization. The article aims to highlight the fears and the expectations of the women, as well as the challenges for self-managements, namely the role of the group in the organization and the working activities. The methodology staff is researching, using the words and the records during the meetings, defining internal rules, ways of communicate information and recording of the craft during the researcher’s experience in workmanship and informal dialogues. So far it is possible to see that the group strengthened itself, because of the bond of trust between the proponents, and mainly because of the respect for differences.

    The space to talk and to envolve the group in decisions led the people to value knowledge and personal commitment. Demanding on their knowledge, they felt valued, and then they began to share what they knew and to care about themselves with the fellow workers.

    O texto busca relatar a experiência de um grupo de mulheres do município de Matinhos, sito no litoral paranaense, em formar organização popular, o artigo busca ressaltar os medos e as expectativas das mulheres bem como os desafios para a auto-gestão, para o protagonismo do grupo, ao organizar e operacionalizar as atividades. A metodologia pauta-se na pesquisa-ação, utilizando falas e os registros, no decorrer das reuniões, na definição das regras internas, nas formas de comunicação das informações do artesanato e nos registros da pesquisadora no decorrer da vivência no projeto e nos diálogos informais. Até o momento, é possível observar que o grupo se fortaleceu devido ao vínculo de confiança entre os proponentes e principalmente devido ao respeito às diferenças. O espaço livre para falarem e para se envolverem, nas decisões, levou-as a valorizarem o saber individual e a se comprometerem. Ao sentirem-se valorizadas, a demanda sobre seu saber, levou-os ao compartilharem o que sabem e a se preocuparem com as companheiras de grupo.
