  • The article briefly reports that the Alserkal Avenue Arts District, also known as Al Quoz, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is being expanded according to designs by architect Philip Logan. Comments by the project's financial backer, Abdelmonem Bin Eisa Alserkal, are presented.
