  • The article presents a profile and discusses the work of the Egyptian artist Basim Magdy. Particular focus is paid to Magdy's films including "My Father Looks for an Honest City," "Crystal Ball" and "The Dent." The author notes that the plot of the latter revolves around a fictitious city's hope and ultimate failure to host the Olympics.
