  • The article discusses the Lebanese musical group Mashrou' Leila. Particular focus is given to the author's first exposure to the group in Beirut, Lebanon. Additional topics discussed include how the group met at the American University of Beirut, the Arab Spring in the Middle East and their third music release "Raasuk," which was released in September 2014.
