  • A reprint of an interview with American artist William Copley by British pop artist that appeared in the May-June 1988 issue of "Flash Art International" magazine is presented. Copley discusses how he got involved in painting, how narrative methods functioned in his work as a painter, and why line has been an important element in his painting.
