The article presents a reprint of the article "Joseph Beuys: We are the Evolution," which appeared in the 1993 issue of " Flash Art International." In the interview, Beuys discussed the Bureau for Direct Democracy which he installed at Documenta 5 in Germany. Beuys also explained why the work is considered a kind of conceptual art.
