  • The article profiles Newcastle, England-born artist Michael Dean. According to the author, Dean's sculptures, installations and urban interventions transform written language into new signs and characters that the artist invents or borrows from basic geometric codes. The artist gives rise to an almost physical linguistic space, the author adds.
