La animación sociocultural como alternativa para el desarrollo cultural comunitario (Revisión)

    Los estudios sobre la Animación Sociocultural en este nuevo milenio han cobrado un mayor auge en el ámbito social y cultural, en correspondencia con el incremento del trabajo comunitario; ubicándose entre las temáticas más polemizadas dentro de las Ciencias Sociales. En el presente artículo, los autores focalizan como problema central la necesidad de la conceptualización y fundamentación teórica de la animación sociocultural como metodología de intervención comunitaria, así como de las categorías esenciales asociadas a ella. El objetivo consiste en reflexionar y valorar desde el punto de vista teórico acerca de esta manera de desarrollo del trabajo sociocultural y algunas categorías básicas relacionadas con la misma como son: participación, cultura, comunidad y desarrollo cultural comunitario, las cuales fueron investigadas en una población seleccionada de 678 habitantes pertenecientes a la Circunscripción 58 del Consejo Popular “Amador Liens Cabrera” fundamentada en el  proyecto sociocultural comunitario “RecreArte” del municipio Buey Arriba, provincia Granma. Este tipo de investigación reviste gran importancia pues permite diseñar las herramientas teórico-metodológicas y prácticas que desde la cultura incentivan la participación sociocultural de los pobladores en su propio desarrollo, lo cual contribuye a mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad.

    The studies on the Sociocultural Animation in this new millennium have charged a bigger peak in the social and cultural environment, in correspondence with the increment of the community work; locating you among the thematic more polemic inside the Social Sciences. Presently article, the authors focalized like central problem the necessity of the conceptualization and theoretical foundation of the sociocultural animation as methodology of community intervention, as well as of the essential categories associated to her. The objective consists on to meditate and to value from the theoretical point of view about this way of development of the sociocultural work and some basic categories related with the same one as they are: participation, culture, community and community cultural development, which were investigated in a selected population of 678 inhabitants belonging to the District 58 of the Popular Council "Amador Liens Goatherd" based in the community sociocultural project "to Relax" of the municipality Ox Up, county Granma. This investigation type had great since importance it allows to design the theoretical-methodological and practical tools that motivate the sociocultural participation of the residents in its own development from the culture, that which contributes to improve the quality of life of the community.
