    El presente artículo analiza el nuevo régimen de los viajes combinados y servicios de viaje vinculados. A partir de la Directiva (UE) 2015/2302 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 25 de noviembre de 2015, se estudia la reforma del Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores que ha supuesto el Real Decreto Ley 23/2018, de 21 de diciembre. Un estudio comparado entre el régimen nacional anterior, la Directiva y las novedades que la norma supone para los derechos y obligaciones de los viajeros y empresarios afectados por la misma.

    This article analyses the new regime of package travel and linked travel arrangements. Based on the Directive (EU) 2015/2302 of the European Parliament and the Council, of November 25, 2015, the Reformation of the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers, which has been the Royal Decree Law 23/2018, of 21 December, is being studied. A comparative study between the previous national regime, the Directive and the novelties that the norm supposes for the rights and obligations of the travellers and businessmen affected by it.
