Esta contribución bosqueja la enseñanza del griego antiguo durante el Imperio Romano Oriental y quiere buscar utilidad práctica en los resultados de esta investigación histórica. El resultado de ello es un libro de ejercicios (inédito) sobre los dos primeros cantos de la Ilíada y de la Odisea.

This contribution sketches the history of Ancient Greek teaching during the Eastern Roman Empire and seeks utility in the results of this historical research. The result thereof is an unpublished workbook about the fi rst two chants of both the Iliad and the Odyssey.
