Resumen de Nueva realidad migratoria venezolana

  Venezuela de ser un país receptor de migrantes se convirtió en un país de emigrantes. Es solo en la última década que Venezuela ha experimentado un flujo migratorio de sus nacionales, con un importante crecimiento en los últimos años, generando una extraordinaria ola masiva de emigrantes nunca antes visto en la historia venezolana y donde se ven afectados los países de la región. Anteriormente no era común ver a un venezolano (a) lejos de su tierra, a menos que no se tratara de turismo o de algún negocio puntual, pero hoy día ya no es así. Sin analizar los motivos históricos y socio-políticos que han llevado a la nación sudamericana a cambiar su patrón migratorio, en este trabajó se presentará, sin embargo, la situación migratoria actual tomando como referencia los principales destinos acogido por los migrantes venezolanos.

  From being a country that receives migrants, Venezuela became a country of emigrants. It is only in the last decade that Venezuela has experienced a migratory flow of its nationals, with an important growth in recent years, generating an extraordinary wave of massive emigrants never before seen in Venezuelan history and where the countries of the region are affected. Previously it was not common to see a Venezuelan far from their land, unless it was not tourism or a specific business, but today is no longer the case. Without analysing the historical and socio-political reasons that have led the South American nation to change its migration pattern, this paper will present, nevertheless, the current migratory situation taking as reference the main destinations hosted by Venezuelan migrants.
