    Con la presente investigación  se pretendió caracterizar, a partir de los cuatro elementos de la Pedagogía Franciscana (La persona, lo cotidiano, lo dialógico –fraterno y lo creativo), la práctica pedagógica del docente del  programa de Derecho de la Universidad San Buenaventura, seccional Cartagena; para este efecto   se realizó una investigación de corte cualitativo. Con la participación de un grupo de docentes de esta facultad  y un insumo  documental, se procedió a realizar el análisis de información. El cual permite visionar la realidad presente en las prácticas pedagógicas de los docentes del  programa de Derecho. Todo  lo anterior muestra la necesidad de formar a los docentes de esta facultad en los fundamentos de la pedagogía franciscana, en el Proyecto Educativo Bonaventuriano (PEB), y la necesidad de actualización del Proyecto Educativo Del Programa (PEP), desde estos principios Bonaventurianos.

    With the present investigation was aimed at characterizing, from the four elements of the Franciscan Pedagogy (The person, the everyday, the dialogic -fraterno and creative), the pedagogical practice of teachers of the Law program at the University San Buenaventura, sectional Cartagena; for this indeed a qualitative research was conducted. With the participation of a group of teachers of the faculty and a documentary input, we proceeded to perform the analysis. Which allows viewing the reality in the pedagogical practices of teachers of the Law program. All this shows the need to train teachers of this faculty in the foundations of the Franciscan pedagogy, in the Bonaventurian Education Project (PEB), and the need to update the Educational Project Program (PEP), since these principles Bonaventurianos.
