  • The world and the economy are changing very fast. The new era will break a lot of old paradigms in which we have believed during many years. The sea has to be a protagonist of this change, and in the case of Europe, and especially the European Union, to have lost its preeminence would be a spur to intent to alter its course.

    The article gives a view at a glance of some qualified aspects of the very fluent situation.
