Resumen de Reconhecimento, redistribuição e justiça em Axel Honneth e Nancy Fraser

  This article aims to discuss the foundations of the Axel Honneth and Nancy Fraser theory of justice, in order to understand the dispute between the policies of "redistribution" and "recognition" policies in the way they observe social inequalities and struggles for equality in the contemporary world. We start from the hypothesis that the two alternative interpretations seemingly opposed as a starting point may be an indication of "misconceptions", that is, at the bottom, reconcilable and complementary in the fight against current social inequalities. We must punctuate this debate, therefore, from how the idea of "Justice" is set in specific guidelines of governance and pari passu claim with the historical changes put into practice in recent years. To then observe the consonances and dissonances between the search for "self-realization" and "parity participation".

  Este artigo pretende problematizar os fundamentos da teoria da justiça de Axel Honneth e Nancy Fraser, a fim de entender a querela entre as políticas de “redistribuição” e as políticas de “reconhecimento” na maneira como eles observam as desigualdades sociais e as lutas por igualdade no mundo contemporâneo. Partimos da hipótese de que as duas interpretações alternativas aparentemente opostas como ponto de partida podem ser um indício de reflexões “desencontrárias”, isto é, no fundo conciliáveis e complementares no combate às desigualdades sociais atuais. Devemos pontuar esse debate, portanto, a partir de como a ideia de “Justiça” se configura em diretrizes específicas de governança e reivindicação pari passu com as mudanças históricas postas em prática nos últimos anos. Para, em seguida, observarmos as consonâncias e dissonâncias entre a busca de “auto-realização” e  “participação paritária”.
