  • The article reviews the exhibit "Big Food: Health, Culture and the Evolution of Eating", which was featured for ten months at the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History in Connecticut, will be showcased at the Florida Museum of Natural History and will be featured in a multi year nationwide tour in the U.S.
