  • The author reflects on the 2016 U.S. Democratic Presidential primary and why he feels Senator Bernie Sanders is wrong when it comes to health care, while his opponent Hillary Clinton is right. He comments on Sanders' plan for a single-payer program that would not require out-of-pocket expenses and mentions how a Single-Payer system was blocked by Democrats led by Senator Max Baucus in 1988. He suggests Sanders' proposal wouldn't pass Congress and considers the constitutionality of his proposal.
