  • The article discusses the state of men's health and health care and the notion that masculinity is the reason behind men's poor health and shorter life expectancy. According to the authors, the U.S. Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) has the potential to improve the health of men in southern states. My Brother's Keeper, an initiative started by U.S. President Barack Obama is also mentioned.
