  • The authors reflect on the health effects that climate change can have and is having in 2014 on employees in the U.S. They suggest that while climate change is having an impact on several emplyee sectors, the issue has not been addressed. They argue that in the U.S. there are no regulatory standards related to climate change linked health hazards and that action should be taken at local, state and federal levels to reduce workers' vulnerability to climate change related issues.
