• The authors reflect on issues that affect health and addressing health care inequalities. They comment on activist Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s vision of ecumenical solidarity and of racial strife in the U.S. and other nations in 2015 and how inequalities can impact health and well-being, such as the civil rights question on same-sex marriage. They reflect on the U.S. Affordable Care Act and how it helps reduce inequality by increasing health care coverage for young people and minorities.
