Michael L. Spittel, Erica L. Spotts, Bethany G. Deeds

  • The authors reflect on the integration of behavioral, social science and genetics research and on the impact the integration could have on public health. They suggest that integrated research could provide insights into human development and could increase knowledge of the role genetics plays in human development. They argue that the research community and the population of the U.S. will benefit from integrated research which leads to a greater understanding of health and disease.
