  • The authors argue that researchers and developers need to revisit the theory of planned behavior, social cognitive theory, and the social, psychological theories that are predictive of sexual behavior, and it mentions innovations and research involving adolescent pregnancy prevention programs in America. Funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Adolescent Health is examined, along with the efforts to reduce adolescent sexual risk behaviors.
