  • In this article the authors discuss a comprehensive public health agenda which was established in Chicago, Illinois by Chicago's Mayor, Rahm Emanuel, and the Chicago Department of Public Health and a health model in the city called Presence Health which aims to find resources for local health departments. In the article they offer their opinions on the agenda and model and on the need for public health collaboration that improves public health systems and policy making.
