    En este trabajo se presentan los resultados del estudio contrastivo entre una zona ur-bana, Mérida, y un área rural, la comarca de Mérida. Partiendo del estudio realizado por Zamora Vicente en los años cuarenta, en esta investigación queremos compro-bar si algunos fenómenos fonéticos y morfosintácticos que el autor presentó en su estudio aún están presentes en los hablantes de la comarca o si han ido cambiando a lo largo de este tiempo. En el estudio comparativo, además, se analizará el posible cambio lingüístico que se ha producido en ambas zonas mediante la aplicación de la perspectiva del tiempo real y el tiempo aparente, utilizando, para el primer caso, los grupos seleccionados por el autor, y, en el segundo, una perspectiva sociolingüística.

    In this paper, we present the results of the contrastive analysis between an urban area, Merida and the speech of a rural area, Merida ́s region. We will start from the study carried out by Zamora Vicente in the 1940s and, in this research, we will want to confirm if some phonetic and morphosyntactic phenomena that the author presented in his study are still present in the speakers of the region or if they have changed during this time. In the comparative study, in addition, we will analyze the possible linguistic change in the Merida ́s region with the application of the per-spective of real-time and apparent-time using, for the first case, the groups selected by the author and, in the second, a sociolinguistic perspective.
