Resumen de Encuesta

Daniel Lupión Romero

  • It is a hybrid device, an image/text that aims to impress a body-visual experience to reading. It is reflecting on the idea of "poll" and their aberrant subjective experience; the present situation, characterized by hubbub and the incongruity in national politics, turmoil in political thought; the media and its drift toward information quantified from the polls, as if the information would consist in quantifying the opinions, ideologies and behaviours, apart from debate of ideas... POLL does not intended only to promote a critique of this state of affairs, it wants also to use it to activate the "political subjectivity" of each, from the experience and the body.

Total extension of the project, 12 pages:

    • 1 page with the title, • 10 pages with images/text, • 1 page with the technical details of the poll.

The images are photographs of the skin of 10 people who then has been interviewed with questions that appeared in the media polls in the last 4 years. The texts are the transcription of one of those answers on the image of the skin of the respondent himself. The reference to the poll, as well as the link for power access, appears in the bottom of each page. The link would be active in the digital magazine.
