    Gracias a la recuperación de un medidor de aceite «Paca», fabricado y patentado en Murcia, nos acercamos al panorama industrial de la región de primera mitad del siglo XX. Recordamos la figura de su inventor, el industrial José González, cuya actividad quedará reflejada a través de su producción de maquinaria, hornillos y envases metálicos. Posteriormente las patentes y marca del medidor serían adquiridas por la empresa «Viuda de Anastasio Alemán», de notable relevancia en el tejido industrial murciano, la cual se encargará de su fabricación, desarrollo y comercialización, junto a la báscula de la misma marca; consiguiendo un alto nivel de competencia en el mercado y que a fecha de hoy forma parte de nuestro patrimonio industrial.

    Thanks to the recovery of an oil meter «Paca», manufactured and patented in Murcia, we approach the region industrial panorama of the first half of the 20th century. We remember the figure of its inventor, the industrialist José González, whose activity will be reflected through his production of machinery, stoves and metal containers.

    Later, the patents and brand of the meter would be acquired by the company «Viuda de Anastasio Alemán», of notable relevance in the Murcian industrial fabric, which will be in charge of its manufacture, development and commercialization, together with the scale of the same brand; achieving a high level of competition in the market and which is now part of our industrial heritage.
