    La instalación de la Compañía de Jesús en Salamanca a partir de 1545 superó difíciles escollos tanto por parte de las instituciones civiles como de las religiosas.

    Existen figuras claves para entender el devenir de los jesuitas en Castilla que han quedado completamente relegados al olvido. El presente artículo se adentra en desempolvar y analizar un larguísimo pleito abierto entre 1578 y 1592, y que mantuvo el padre Diego de Sosa con parte de su familia, por la herencia que legó a su hermano mayor al entrar en la Compañía y la donación que prometió al colegio Real de Salamanca en el que deseaba morir

    The settlement of the Society of Jesus at Salamanca since 1545 overcome hard struggles arising from civil and religious institutions. There are key figures to understand the forthcoming of Jesuits in Castille that had been forgotten. The following paper aims to dust off and analyse an open lawsuit between 1578 and 1592, in which father Diego de Sosa was involved with a part of his family. The reason : a heritage that he left to his elder brother at the time to enter the Company, and the donation he promised to Royal College of Salamanca in which he wanted to die
