    La unión de los «Dolz», originarios de Teruel, con los «Espejo», originarios de Castielfabib pero ya instalados en Albarracín desde finales del siglo XV, dio lugar al linaje de los «Dolz de Espejo», que durante cerca de doscientos años permanecieron en esta última localidad. En el presente artículo, además de a la genealogía y a la pequeña historia de dicha familia, se hace especial referencia a los pleitos que sostuvieron a fin de mantener la posición social y un importante patrimonio.

    The union of the «Dolz» family, coming from Teruel, with the «Espejo» family, coming from Castielfabib but installed in Albarracin since the end of the 15th century, gave rise to the lineage of the «Dolz de Espejo», which for almost two hundred years remained in this last locality. In this article, in addition to the genealogy and the small history of the said family, it is made a special reference to the lawsuits that they held in order to maintain their social position and an important patrimony.
