  • The article discusses the possibility that flying cars could be mass produced in the 50 years following 2013. According to the article, the possible dangers arriving from airspace congestion could be reduced using technology developed for unmanned aerial vehicles and autonomous cars. Topics include the Transition aircraft built by the manufacturer Terrafugia Inc. and the personal air and land vehicle (PAL-V) ONE from the manufacturer PAL-V Europe. Sport Pilot certificates for Light-Sport aircraft piloting are mentioned.
