  • The article discusses the Low Frequency Array (LOFAR) telescope, which is scheduled to be completed in 2013. LOFAR, which consists of banks of antennas in 48 stations located in various countries, including the Netherlands, Germany, and Sweden, will be used to search for the first stars, galaxies, and signs of extraterrestrial intelligence.
