  • Resumen
    • In this article the author discusses how pursuing personally relevant research broadens science and makes it more meaning for all. The author argues that white Europeans and Americans have controlled who asks the questions, how they are studied, and what is significant and discusses the shifting opinions on research design in biological anthropology and scientists whose personal experiences shaped their research, such as Skidmore College anthropology assistant professor Robin Nelson.
