Resumen de Sistemas de Justicia Militar en Derecho Comparado

En este artículo se pretende dar una visión en líneas generales de cuál es el sistema de justicia militar existente en países de nuestro entorno y en el propio, así como sus semejanzas o diferencias, y en qué modelo se inspira el actual sistema de justicia militar español. La justicia militar en los países que vamos a examinar, ante la situación estable de paz en Europa, se ha ido aproximando a la justicia civil, pero sin que se le haya hecho desaparecer completamente, ni haya perdido el carácter de justicia excepcional.

This article aims to make known a general view of the military justice system existing in our countries and in the country itself, as well the similarities and differences between then, and which model is inspired by the current Spanish military justice system. The military justice system in the countries that we are going to examine, given the stable situation of peace in Europe, has been approaching civil justice, but it has not been completely eliminated, nor has it lost the character of exceptional justice.
